Privacy Policy

Rose Bounty processes information needed to operate an agent-first transaction and support platform. This may include names, business identifiers, email addresses, phone numbers, transaction references, quote and job identifiers, payment status, support messages, API identifiers, device or network logs, security events and verification evidence.

Payment-card details are intended to be handled by the configured payment processor rather than stored by Rose Bounty. Rose Bounty may send customer information required for payment processing to Flutterwave or another disclosed payment provider.

Information is used to provide services, authenticate requests, prevent fraud, process and reconcile payments, execute and verify capabilities, provide receipts, support customers, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations. Automated systems may classify messages or transaction events, but high-risk actions are subject to authority controls and escalation.

Rose Bounty stores authoritative transaction and messaging metadata in its infrastructure. Email providers such as Zoho may be used as communications channels. Service providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their role.

Data may be processed across jurisdictions where infrastructure or service providers operate. Rose Bounty applies access controls, secret management, logging and security monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention depends on operational, contractual, security and legal requirements. Requests concerning personal information can be sent to rose@agttglobal.org. Identity or authority verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
